This hit really close. I was actually going to write a piece on how I feel that my 20 year old self had a stronger, more confident writers’voice than I do (I’m 29. Again. And again. I’ve turned 29 a whole bunch of times now.)

Thanks for putting words to my same worries. For what its worth, your voice seems natural and strong to me. Moms are really great at leaving a mark on our confidence and our creative selves.
